Securely pack the items in their original Atelier KAI box, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are still intact.

Attach the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it off at an authorized location, then monitor your refund status via the tracking link provided.
